  • Project Manager - Information Technology

  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are seeking a driven Project Manager - Information Technology to join the Revantage Team. 

    As our Project Manager, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support critical business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and key stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
    • Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit business requirements and design elements for complex components
    • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to create work plans and track progress on creation of technical deliverables
    • Develop the test strategy and test plan and confirm with all stakeholders
    • Develop and plan training approach and delivery strategy
    • Direct and manage all phases of a project from beginning to end utilizing the appropriate project methodology
    • Develop and deliver gate presentations to key stakeholders at project milestones
    • Develop and deliver progress reports and executive presentations for both internal and external consumption
    • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to lead and conduct meetings / presentations with executive level stakeholders
    • BS Degree in the field of Finance, Accounting or Information Technology
    • 7+ years of related work experience for a large organization
    • Experienced effectively leading and managing teams ranging in 5-15 members and resources
    • Vast experience utilizing project management software (i.e.: JIRA)
    • Highly organized; Capable of shifting priorities; Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities
    • Experience or certifications in UML, Six Sigma and/or Agile
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
    • Experience with or practical understanding of technologies such as ERP, data warehouse and business intelligence
    • Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Ability to partner and communicate with multiple, diverse stakeholders and customers
    • Ability to elicit cooperation and work product from a wide variety of resources, including business users, executives, consultants and third parties
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to adapt communication style depending on audience
