As the Senior Project Manager for Longview Senior Housing, one will be responsible for assisting in all phases of project planning and construction for projects ranging in size from $200,000-$10M. The appropriate candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, will have excellent organizational skills and will be able to demonstrate a history of competing projects on time and within budget. Strong written and oral communication skills along with a commitment to build and maintain efficient teams are part of the overall requirements.
