With a focus on exceptional service delivery to multiple Blackstone Real Estate Portfolio Companies, the Analyst – Compensation & Reporting will serve as subject matter expert for internal partners on compensation and reporting. Key point of contact for People & Culture team on all broad-based compensation questions, issues and projects, including but not limited to: job evaluations, salary surveys, and the annual merit/bonus process. Responsible for reporting & data analysis to provide support to the People & Culture team and portfolio companies we support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and resourceful.
