    Several of Blackstone’s real estate companies are looking for driven and self-motivated Rotational Analysts in our Chicago offices.

     

    We are looking for several motivated and driven 2019 graduates for our retail (ShopCore Properties), office(EQ Office), multi-family (LivCor) and corporate services (Revantage) companies. Rotational Analysts will have exposure to, but not limited to, the following business units:

    • Transactions - Dispositions and/or Acquisitions
    • Asset Management
    • Valuations

    As a Rotational Analyst, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial research on potential investments; analyze and support underwriting for various types of transactions including dispositions, major leasing, redevelopments, debt financings and joint ventures
    • Assist with coordinating, preparing and updating monthly and quarterly reporting packages for budgeted, forecasted and actual financial results
    • Conduct initial analysis to help determine long-term asset strategy
    • Leverage, retrieve, upload, reconcile and analyze data from several research, financial and industry-specific systems
    • Perform special adhoc projects, reporting and analysis as needed

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2019 graduates at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree in accounting, finance and/or commercial real estate fields
    • 3.5 or above GPA

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Desire to work in real estate industry
    • Strong work ethic
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • High degree of integrity
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
