  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, Revantage Corporate Services is seeking a strategic Director - Information Security Specialist to join our Technology Organization. 


    Technology comprises a team of data professionals focused on delivering solutions to improve decision-making, optimize internal business processes, increase operational efficiency, and ultimately, transform data into actionable insights. The Director - Information Security Specialist will be responsible for deepening the data management strategy and vision at Revantage, and play a crucial role in building, scaling, and delivering the data and analytics platform to the organization’s data constituents.

    As the Director - Information Security Specialist, one is held accountable to, however, not limited to the following job functions:

    • Execute on the information security vision
    • Responsible for the design, engineering, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the security program
    • Design and conduct periodic tests to ensure compliance with security standards, policies and procedures
    • Manage projects and other implementation activities for security controls for the enterprise
    • Must remain current on security trends and intelligence in order to guide and evolve the security program and identify ways to improve and evolve the security program
    • Oversee day-to-day information security operations
    • Perform ongoing threat, vulnerability, risk assessments and investigations
    • Lead incident response
    • Produce comprehensive management reports on the effectiveness and value of the control activities of security operations
    • Investigate network and computer intrusions to identify root cause, generate indicators of compromise, and implement remediations
    • Collaborate and share knowledge
    • Respond to audit and exam requests for information; review issues and plan response activities with CISO; manage response activities to ensure responses are properly implemented
    • Implement effective awareness training programs to educate staff on information security policies and procedures
    • Generate high quality forensic reports and synopses presenting complex technical processes and findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical business unit managers


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g., Engineering); Masters’ preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT or OT jobs
    • Proven track record and experience in developing information security policies and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs that meet the objectives of excellence in a dynamic business environment
    • Professional security management certification is desirable, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials
    • SANS certification a plus
    • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT as well as those from NIST, including 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework
