  • With a focus on exceptional service delivery to multiple Blackstone Real Estate Portfolio Companies, the People Analytics Analyst will research and analyze data to support people processes and to help inform, influence, support, drive decisions to attract, develop, and retain our talent.  The People Analytics Analyst will summarize findings and make recommendations to leadership to influence people strategy.  This role requires the ability to build relationships with team members and departments to help solve for organizational needs.  The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a startup type environment which requires hands-on delivery balanced with the ability to build a sustainable best in class analytics function.

    As the  People Analytics Analyst, one is held accountable to, but not limited to, the following job functions: 

    • Provide data analysis, reporting and support the People & Culture organization, Revantage and the portfolio companies, including employee turnover, headcount, gender, diversity, etc
    • Provide analysis and insights to the People & Culture team and leadership by understanding business needs, data requests, and trends
    • Analyze HR and performance data to derive continued insights into the optimal profile of roles across departments and Portfolio Companies
    • Collaborate with People & Culture leadership on the development and on-going tracking of strategic and operational goals, initiatives, and projects
    • Audit data to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the all HR data
    • Conduct Affirmative Action, Veterans, and OFCCP reporting
    • Identify and implement process and technology improvements to enhance functional effectiveness and maximize operational efficiency
    • Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams
    • Other job duties, as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years of experience in data analytics
    • Human Resources data and reporting experience is preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
    • Advanced to Expert level skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Tableau experience is preferred, but not required
    • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments
    • Collaborative open approach to work and team members
    • Analytic, detailed, and resourceful
    • Excellent people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible
