The Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis will support the FP&A team in providing timely and actionable data to key stakeholders at Revantage, Blackstone, and its Portfolio companies. This individual will play a key role in supporting our annual forecast and budget process, be instrumental in reviewing and reporting on KPIs and assist with ad hoc requests as needed. WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The role of an AVP in the Valuations & Portfolio Reporting function is responsible for managing valuations and portfolio reporting, including portfolio analytics and property-level performance. This role is the liaison with Blackstone’s asset management, portfolio management, and finance teams as well as portfolio companies in order to support the monthly and/or quarterly valuation processes. Furthermore, this role works with external third parties to coordinate appraisals or facilitate valuation reviews. The role requires oversight over the single family rental portfolio. The position will work closely with Senior AVP’s or VP’s to continue to build out best practice and valuation and portfolio reporting support. This role will be responsible for managing a small team.

The Quantitative Developer will help with the implementation of efficiency-improving solutions for the assessment of residential real estate equity and debt investments.
Base Salary: $130,000 - $200,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target of 15% of base salary

As part of the Revantage, the paralegal will assist real estate attorneys and senior paralegals in connection with hospitality real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and other real estate matters. In performing the responsibilities, the paralegal will work with the legal team in the Chicago and Boca Raton offices, the Blackstone student housing and senior housing deal teams based in New York, as well as the members of the American Campus Communities and Longview Senior Housing teams. In addition, the paralegal will interact and work with the following Revantage departments: accounting, income tax, property tax, financial reporting, treasury, and risk services.
