  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, Revantage Corporate Services is seeking a strategic Infrastructure Architect to join our Technology Organization. 

     

    Technology comprises a team of data professionals focused on delivering solutions to improve decision-making, optimize internal business processes, increase operational efficiency, and ultimately, transform data into actionable insights. The Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for deepening the data management strategy and vision at Revantage, and play a crucial role in building, scaling, and delivering the data and analytics platform to the organization’s data constituents.

    As the Infrastructure Architect, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions:

     

    • Create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (reusable standards, guidelines, configurations) for evolving the technical infrastructure across Revantage, in order to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes
    • Facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business outcomes through technical decisions
    • Working with the Chief Architect, you will lead the analysis of Revantage’s current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
    • Lead the analysis of the technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact of the enterprise technology architecture 
    • Understand and practically apply existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
    • Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state, in accordance with Technology budgeting and other capital planning processes
    • Consult on technology implementation and modification activities for new or shared infrastructure solutions
    • Consult on application or infrastructure development projects to harmonize systems or infrastructure with the enterprise technology architecture
    • Understand, advocate, and augment the business and technology strategies
    • Assist with the evaluation of third-party software applications
    • Assist with the preparation, processing and aligning around getting Revantage Data and Analytics strategies through various Architecture Gates
    • Drive digital innovation by leveraging new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base
    • Work with enterprise architecture peers (e.g. enterprise and data) to analyze the enterprise business context and change requirements to derive the technology architecture future state
    • Coach, mentor, and collaborate with technical subject matter experts and enterprise architecture peers to develop infrastructure architecture that enables and drives new business capabilities and operating models
    • Assist with designing governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance
    • Work with the Chief Architect to define metrics to measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value

    Required Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Analysis or a related field
    • Broad experience within Financial Services, Private Equity, and/or Real Estate industries
    • Minimum of 5 years’ of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in at least two of the following technical disciplines: infrastructure and network design, application development, APIs, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations
    • Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments
    • Deep understanding of system development life cycle methodologies, IT service management, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), modeling languages (e.g. UML, ArchiMate)
    • Knowledge of most aspects of an enterprise technology architecture, environment management, software lifecycle management, information principles and processes, network and security architecture, and financial models and budgeting
