  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, Revantage Corporate Services is seeking a strategic Mgr - IT Project Manager to join our Technology Organization. Technology comprises a team of data professionals focused on delivering solutions to improve decision-making, optimize internal business processes, increase operational efficiency, and ultimately, transform data into actionable insights.

    As the Mgr - IT Project Manager, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

    • Ensure the timely delivery of projects, initiatives and activities across multiple data- and technology-related work streams
    • Support Technology and Data & Analytics leadership in setting priorities, building strategic roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of key objectives
    • Compile, prepare and present information for project and program updates, technical presentations and demos
    • Build mechanisms for monitoring the overall program progress, coordinate and drive the operational areas of Revantage’s technology projects through implementation
    • Plan, lead, coordinate, and monitor activities of one or more projects covering various facets of the project life cycle ranging from project initiation to analysis and implementation
    • Contribute to the creation of standardized processes and best practices
    • Apply an understanding of the customer needs to design solutions fit for purpose
    • Anticipate and identify project issues and risks and recommend mitigation, as well as provide regular reporting covering project/program status
    • Identify, document, and drive understanding around the critical product design challenges
    • Contribute to a high performing culture, emphasizing innovation, growth, and development
    • Collaborate with others to define project scope and objectives and design the governance structure and operating model
    • Work with project task owners to understand and track progress, items to raise, delivery outcomes, etc.
    • Deliver significant individual contributions while collaborating with and strengthening teammates

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree Required, Masters a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management or related role preferably in a technology organization
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience optimizing systems and working with the business to solve problems
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical partners across all levels of the organization
    • A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes
    • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
    • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s) a plus
    • Understanding of agile methods and processes
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheets, Clarity, Primavera, MS Projects, MS Server, Plainview, Niku HP, or Wrike
    • Experience in the areas of process optimization, change management, process management and standardization
    • Current knowledge of global industry and IT trends and the impact that these might have on an organization

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in commercial real estate a plus
