  • The Sr Specialist - Tech Product Manager has a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable products.     As the Sr Specialist - Tech Product Manager, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions:

    • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop a product/technology roadmap that maximizes business ROI and delivers products that are stable, scalable, and flexible
    • Plan and manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from strategy and vendor selection through testing and change management
    • Work with teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and define use cases, epics, workflows, detailed requirements, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
    • Effectively define deliverables and manage scope to ensure timely delivery
    • Effectively set and manage team member and stakeholder expectations
    • Maintain positive energy despite setbacks, think strategically, and lead teams to develop creative solutions to complex problems
    • Initiate and maintain relationships with cross-functional internal and external teams
    • Work alongside technical experts to define technically optimal architecture and product features
    • Utilize a structured approach to create and maintain project artifacts
    • Leverage prior experience to refine a consistent, repeatable, and flexible methodology

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related field
    • 5-10 years of work experience that includes product management, business analysis, systems architecture, and/or systems development
    • Excellent project management skills including communications management, risk management, and issue management
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 5-15 members
    • Talent for self-management, self-motivation and self-improvement (organize, prioritize, time manage, focus)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in driving results and influencing decision making across a variety of roles and levels in the organization, including leaders and executives
    • Experience with or practical understanding of technologies such as ERP, CRM, data warehouse and business intelligence / analytics
