Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of a minimum of 6 months. The Temporary Program Coordinator will report to the People Operations Manager and will be responsible for the logistics of key programs offered by the People and Culture team. This temporary position will be responsible for supporting Culture, Learning and Development, well-being and other People & Culture programs designed to enhance the employee experience at Revantage and the Portfolio Companies we support. This role will coordinate and monitor the successful orchestration of program rollouts and contribute to the logistics, materials production and distribution, and communications plans. This role also manages all venue, catering and networking/team building activity reservations.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter who gets fired up every day about making a difference, is a flexible multi-tasker, can remain highly organized, is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, as well as a professional and friendly communicator.
