  • Program Coordinator - People & Culture (6 Month Temporary Role)

  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of a minimum of 6 months. The Temporary Program Coordinator will report to the People Operations Manager and will be responsible for the logistics of key programs offered by the People and Culture team. This temporary position will be responsible for supporting Culture, Learning and Development, well-being and other People & Culture programs designed to enhance the employee experience at Revantage and the Portfolio Companies we support. This role will coordinate and monitor the successful orchestration of program rollouts and contribute to the logistics, materials production and distribution, and communications plans. This role also manages all venue, catering and networking/team building activity reservations.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Program Logistics & Registration:

    • Support the delivery of key People and Culture programs, including but not limited to, programs around well-being, inclusion, rewards and recognition, societal impact and learning and development
    • Work with program owners, faculty & vendors to schedule all program-related calls
    • Send calendar invites and manage scheduling needs for all sessions
    • Send communications related to events
    • Manage Zoom and other program related technology-related activities
    • Track pre-work activities and send reminders
    • Monitor and dispatch central mailbox requests
    • Create show flows and ensure all events run accordingly
    • Creation of program participant lists
    • Draft, update, and distribute program evaluations.

    Project execution:

    • Ensure assigned deliverables meet project objectives and timelines, recognizing and managing dependencies between other projects and/or initiatives
    • Escalate project issues and risks as appropriate

    Communications:

    • Support the development and creation of the program communications plan and communication messages (e.g., invites, reminders)
    • Update PowerPoint decks/presentations to support all aspects of programs (e.g., kick-off calls)
    • Work with the communications team to update and maintain program websites

    Knowledge Sharing / Documentation

    • Follow established processes and leverage appropriate tools for team and management reporting, including ensuring project documentation is maintained in Sharefile

    All other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Approximately 1-3 years’ experience in a corporate environment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional services environment
    • Experience with logistics for blended learning programs (live, virtual, technology enabled)
    • Advanced level skills using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
    • Strong interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior consulting or professional services experience
