  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for implementing efficient and effective recruiting logistics for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage.  The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.


    Revantage Corporate Services was created in August 2017 to provide corporate services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, it could provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


    • Schedule interviews and manage related communications with hiring managers, candidates and recruiters
    • Post jobs to various job boards and social media sites
    • Initiate background checks, manage relationship with vendor, raise discrepancies with talent team and follow up as agreed
    • Initiate communication and status change of candidates that are not selected
    • Review job descriptions to ensure consistency with our talent acquisition standards
    • Generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc talent acquisition reports
    • Primary contact maintaining the account manager relationship with job boards such as LinkedIn, Monster
    • Complete post acceptance administrative tasks related to offer letter, resumes and transition email to hiring manager
    • Audit candidate information within applicant management system as needed
    • Assist with scheduling recruiting events, career fairs and booking travel; attend as needed
    • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
    • Familiarity with Applicant Management Systems
    • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
    • Passion for attracting top talent


    • Hands on experience with iCIMS Applicant Management System
