  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will help lead and mentor the team in delivering exceptional recruitment services to Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will perform full-cycle recruitment and directly influence the team’s delivery of advisory services, predictive sourcing and quality hires.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.


    Revantage Corporate Services was created in August 2017 to provide corporate services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, it could provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


    • Support Director of Talent Acquisition in leading, developing and mentoring the team and delivering high-quality and effective recruitment across companies
    • Monitor the number of requisitions assigned to recruiters and coordinators and propose scalable solutions to balance individual workload  
    • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting, primarily for manager and director level roles; assist with other level recruiting as needed
    • Source, screen, evaluate and present candidates, direct coordinator(s) to schedule interviews, provide salary recommendations and extend offers
    • Leverage data to recommend ways to improve recruiting operations, strategies and service models
    • Oversee retained and contingent search firms and temporary sourcing recruiters 
    • Understand portfolio company and Revantage business strategy; translate business strategy into an actionable talent strategy to effectively meet hiring needs
    • Deliver best-in-class relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, all internal stakeholders and vendors
    • Maintain functional and industry expertise and utilize data to develop customized talent strategies for the hiring manager
    • Ensure team maintains accurate and current requisition information in applicant tracking system
    • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to align recruitment strategy with people initiatives
    • Ensure adherence with all federal, state and local regulations governing recruitment


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum 8 years of full life cycle recruitment in agency, professional services or corporate environment
    • Minimum 3 years people management experience leading and motivating recruitment team members
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and executives
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Experience with MS Office suite
    • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
    • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders


    • Experience with iCIMS
    • High volume staffing agency experience
