  • The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage.  The P&C Coordinator will ensure a positive employee experience by completing all employee changes, beginning with the onboarding process and continuing through offboarding. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees for payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding and other people program/policy questions; ensuring all employees are accurately captured in our system.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.


    Revantage Corporate Services, an affiliated company of Blackstone, was created in August 2017 to provide consultative services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, we may provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


    • Onboarding employees – ensuring data is correctly entered into the system, managing pre-hire and Day 1 employee communications, managing and presenting Orientation session.
    • Offboarding employees – process termination in system and complete exit interview.
    • Data entry of new hires, promotions, compensation changes, supervisor changes, transfers and terminations into third-party system. Ensure all employee data changes are entered quickly and accurately and appropriate internal departments are notified as necessary
    • Create Memos documenting promotions, title changes, and compensation changes.
    • Support the People & Culture business partners with various programs including the performance appraisal process, talent management and engagement.
    • Respond to employee questions promptly and accurately received through the People & Culture email and phone line, escalating inquiries as needed.
    • Handle employee requests and provide support.
    • Generate and disseminate weekly reports for various departments.
    • Coordinate education assistance administration and reimbursement.
    • Administer service awards and recognition programs.
    • Administer various compliance programs, including deployment of Anti-Harassment training via LMS.
    • Ensure employee files are inclusive of new hire, promotion, compensation change, supervisor change, transfer and termination documentation.
    • Other job duties, as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR related position
    • Excellent people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible
    • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments
    • Collaborative open approach to work and team members
    • Ability to effectively manage conflict and ensure successful outcomes
