  • Financial Analyst

  • The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysis and reporting for a shared service organization servicing eight real estate portfolios across multiple asset classes.  The duties include preparing financial and operational reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ad hoc analysis and reporting.


    Revantage Corporate Services, an affiliated company of Blackstone, was created in August 2017 to provide consultative services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, we may provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


    • Coordinate, prepare and update financial and operational reporting packages
    • Identify key trends and prepare monthly financial operating results for senior management
    • Develop and structure new analyses to answer pertinent business questions
    • Support monthly reporting processes which include narrative summaries, quantitative and qualitative analysis, operating metrics and variance reporting
    • Create and build new financial and operational reports, dashboards, and other similar tools
    • Develop value-add tools and assist in system and process improvement projects as needed
    • Perform special ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis on a frequent basis


    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or Economics
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, real estate or other fields
    • Analytics experience with financial modeling (Excel), database/workflow programming (SQL, Alteryx) and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerPoint report creation)
    • A quantitative mindset with exceptional logic and analytical skills with a keen focus on details
    • Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to make business decisions under tight deadlines
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, develop accurate explanations for trends and variances
    • Ability to understand and master several financial systems
    • Ability to effectively and succinctly communicate trends and recommendations
    • Strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment


    • Experience with Workday and Essbase
