  • Revantage Corporate Services, an affiliated company of Blackstone, was created in August 2017 to provide consultative services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, we may provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


    Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are seeking a driven Office Services Coordinator (OSC) to join our team. The OSC is responsible for managing the clerical and administrative duties such as mail, email, telephone, data entry, inventory, answering questions and directing information.


    A Revantage Office Services Coordinator must project a bright, enthusiastic, positive attitude while being able to handle difficult and sometimes stressful situations. They should be a fast learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a meticulous attention to detail. Our OSC will be responsible for ensuring office areas are always in orderly condition.

    As our Office Services Coordinator, one is responsible for, however not limited to, the following job responsibilities:

    • Attending to employees and visitors in a friendly, precise and professional manner
    • Monitoring and maintaining supply inventory
    • Supporting the coordination of new hires, internal and external moves
    • General office maintenance including coordinating repairs for furniture and equipment as necessary
    • Provide setup/take down for all in-house events (furniture, catering, etc)
    • Prepares all outgoing mail, including express and certified mail
    • Backup support to Front Desk Receptionist and manage front desk, including greeting all visitors; receiving and distributing packages and mail; maintenance of signage and lobby space, etc.
    • Support TRC with all copier requests (toner, paper, minor repairs)
    • Conference room AV set up and general conference room maintenance
    • Oversee third party vendor ABM and Canteen (inventory, submit orders, confirm delivery, track invoices)

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years office services experience
    • High School Degree or equivalent
    • Customer service driven attitude is a must!
    • Punctuality, professionalism and a positive attitude
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously 
    • Ability to work well with all levels within the various organizations
    • Outstanding verbal communications skills
    • Proficiency with Outlook and Word
    • Must demonstrate good judgement and problem-solving skills

     Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years office services experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Undergraduate Degree
