  • Sophomore Summer Intern (Finance & Marketing)

  • Due to the continued growth of our organization, Revantage Corporate Services is proud to announce our first Sophomore Internship Class. The Sophomore Interns will have the opportunity to expand their passion for learning, collaboration and innovation within Blackstone Group real estate portfolio companies. Interns will get exposure within our Finance or Marketing departments. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.


    Revantage Corporate Services was created in August 2017 to provide corporate services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, it could provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


    Our 2020 summer internship program will begin June 2020 and last through August 2020. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program. 


    • Conduct initial research on potential investments; analyze and support underwriting for various types of transactions including dispositions, major leasing, redevelopments, debt financings and joint ventures
    • Assist with coordinating, preparing and updating monthly and quarterly reporting packages for budgeted, forecasted and actual financial results
    • Conduct initial analysis to help determine long-term asset strategy
    • Leverage, retrieve, upload, reconcile and analyze data from several research, financial and industry-specific systems
    • Perform special projects, reporting and analysis as needed


    • Assist in conducting analytical review of marketing campaigns run by property operators for efficiency and quality
    • Review and analyze digital marketing data such as Google Analytics, Search Marketing Data, Technical SEO Performance Data, and similar data sets to identify trends, patterns, issues, etc.
    • Leverage multiple technology platforms to review critical marketing components such as online reputation management, business listings/local search consistency, telephone sales performance quality, and more
    • Asses local brand application and compliance across multiple mediums including print, physical signage, and digital presence
    • Review financial performance of assets and correlate, analyze, and suggest marketing activities to bolster that performance


    • Current sophomore undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution (graduating 2022)
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
    • Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
    • Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 20XX
