  • Link Industrial Properties is Blackstone’s US industrial real estate operating platform. Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 355 million square feet throughout the U.S.

     

    The HR Coordinator (Temporary) is responsible for maintaining employee records, assist in the recruitment process, and schedule meetings, interviews, and events. The position is based out of LINK’s office in Fort Washington, PA.

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
    • Assist with all new hire and termination paperwork.
    • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
    • Perform orientations and update records of new and terminated staff.
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed.
    • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
    • Assist with adhoc HR projects.
    • Support other assigned functions.
    • Up-to-date with HR trends and best practice.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
    • Minimum 1 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
    • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
    • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
    • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
    • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
    • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
