Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for executing all activities for the recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, making offers, etc., for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage, compile and update candidate information using Microsoft Word, Excel and in-house candidate tracking database (Applicant Tracking System.)  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.


Revantage Corporate Services, an affiliated company of Blackstone, was created in August 2017 to provide consultative services consisting of People & Culture, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, we may provide services to additional Blackstone companies. 


  • Strategically utilizes LinkedIn, Boolean Search, networks, research methods and other non-traditional sourcing to identify top passive talent.
  • Develops strong internal relationships to gain support, influence and achieve cross-functional results across the organization and our portfolio partners.
  • Utilizes strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for the hiring teams.
  • Provides and receives necessary feedback to fine-tune talent searches.
  • Prioritizes, organizes, and manages workload efficiently.
  • Maintains regulatory compliance related to applicant screening, interviewing and selection; become knowledgeable of affirmative action needs and take steps to ensure a diverse candidate pool is identified.
  • Owns and juggles multiple openings and always maintains high quality customer service to Hiring Managers.


  • 5+ years of successful in-house or agency recruiting experience sourcing top talent.
  • Proven track record of identifying, cold calling and building candidate pool.
  • Experience researching and sourcing salaried non-exempt and salaried-exempt professionals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant government regulations.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking system.
  • Must enjoy working in an energized, collaborative and fun work environment.


  • Master’s Degree.
  • Experience researching and sourcing salaried-exempt Executive-level professionals.
  • Real Estate, Private Equity or related industry experience.
  • Certifications in one or more of the following: AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Professional in HR (PHR), ASA Certified Professional, etc.
  • 10+ years of relevant sourcing and cold-calling experience.
