  • Treasury Analyst (Debt & Capital Markets)

  • Due to the continued growth of the organization, Revantage has decided to bring a Treasury Analyst onto the team. The Treasury Analyst position will serve as a key contributor to the Treasury team supporting various financing activities.  This role will interact with lenders, servicers, portfolio companies, internal departments and Blackstone.  


    • Review loan agreements and assist in completion of loan abstracts
    • Compile leasing guidelines
    • Perform mortgage payment calculations for pooled loans
    • Loan compliance, escrow and reserve oversight
    • Update quarterly Board Book debt schedules and summaries
    • Maintain Chatham debt database
    • Coordinate easement requests, property management changes, etc. with lenders
    • Complete bi-weekly disposition loan tracker/maintain debt release pipeline
    • Assist with audit related debt questions
    • Forecast mortgage prepayment costs
    • Purchase and renewal of LEI’s
    • Assist with ALA summary maintenance
    • Review debt service statements and FF&E files
    • Prepare prepayment/release notifications/extension notification
    • Ensure all operators and Revantage team members have online access with debt services
    • Coordinate property inspections
    • Review insurance casualty thresholds and coordinate processing of insurance proceed checks
    • Coordinate required officer signatures


    • 0-2 years of experience   
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related area
    • Commercial, Hotel, Retail, Industrial or Multifamily real estate experience or interest preferred but not required
    • Reading comprehension and attention to detail
    • Chatham experience preferred but not required
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Solid understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Business principles
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills
    • Detail oriented and self-motivated
    • Must possess strong technological, analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail. 
    • Must have sound judgment in dealing with lender relations and in evaluating when to appropriately escalate issues.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. 
    • Must be detail oriented, self-starter, team player and have ability to handle multiple projects at once
