Temporary Program Coordinator

Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of a minimum of 6 months. The Temporary Program Coordinator will report to the Director, Leadership & Learning and will be responsible for the logistics of key programs offered by the People and Culture team. This temporary position will be responsible for supporting Culture, Learning and Development, and other People & Culture programs designed to enhance the employee experience at Revantage and the Portfolio Companies we support. This role will coordinate and monitor the successful orchestration of program rollouts and contribute to the logistics, materials production and distribution, and communications plans. This role also manages all venue, catering and networking/team building activity reservations.

Revantage Corporate Services, an affiliated company of Blackstone, was created in August 2017 to provide consultative services consisting of Finance, Legal, People & Culture, Risk Management, Tax and  Technology to real estate portfolio companies owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (EQ Office), retail (ShopCore), hotel (BRE Hotels & Resorts), and industrial (Link).  As Revantage expands, we may provide services to additional Blackstone companies.

  • Support the delivery of key People and Culture programs, including but not limited to, programs around learning and development, inclusion, rewards and recognition, and societal impact
  • Collaborate with program owners, faculty & vendors to schedule all program-related calls
  • Send calendar invites and manage scheduling needs for all sessions
  • Draft and send communications related to events
  • Manage Zoom and other program related technology-related activities
  • Coordinate all in-office training logistics, including but not limited to room reservation, registration, reminders, attendance tracking, etc.
  • Track pre-work activities and send reminders
  • Monitor and dispatch central mailbox requests
  • Create show flows and ensure all events run accordingly
  • Produce reports/overviews of participant data using Excel (Pivot tables)
  • Creation of program participant lists
  • Draft, update, and distribute program evaluations
  • Update learning portal and help with editing and recreating content
  • Convert existing content for online access
  • Lead delivery and data management of ongoing culture & engagement surveys

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional services environment
  • Experience with logistics for blended learning programs (live, virtual, technology enabled)
  • Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization

PREFERRED:

  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
