We are looking for someone to join our Technology Team in the role of CRM Lead. The team is looking for a creator who enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems and someone passionate about data and applications who can envision innovative ways to increase the utilization of CRM, and the applications with which it engages.

How You Add Value

  • Configuration on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Maintain and build the overall Dynamics architecture as it relates to auxiliary applications and data sets
  • Develop/Enhance integrations between Dynamics, our data warehouse and property level applications
  • Work with beam Living Business and Technology leaders to define strategic and tactical requirements of the organization to fulfill the business needs.
  • Empower data scientists to be as self-sufficient as possible through core systems tooling and library code development
  • Facilitate and document requirements for new functionality and enhancements to existing functionality
  • Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 with respect to accuracy, currency and usage.
  • Review and provide guidance related to Data Security, Retention and Archival.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, resiliency of or instance of Dynamics 365.
  • Must be able to understand and communicate the data requirements of any future CRM needs, working with other Technology architects (in-house, partners and vendors) to develop an approach that fits the current and planned needs of the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on all aspects related to Dynamics 365 during an implementation project including, but not limited to, Requirements Analysis and design, configuration, development, conversions, system testing, cut over and production support.

What You Bring To The Role


  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field or heavy work experience in a similar environment
  • Analytically minded and detail-oriented: you like finding clever solutions to solve immediate issues or build out greater utility for business users
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in Power BI, SSRS reporting and SharePoint
  • Experience in Web API Services and SSIS
  • Proficient in SQL or other languages a plus
  • Excellent technical documentation and writing skills
  • You're not satisfied with "close enough" solutions
