The Sr. Director, User Experience & Design is responsible for leading a high performing team of UX and design professionals who are responsible for designing and delivering functional, repeatable, and beautiful visual representations of data, to drive rapid insight and decisioning. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products and the way they’re perceived, while being a fierce advocate for our customers. Ideal candidates have insatiable curiosity, are natural problem solvers, and are motivated by delivery and execution. We’re looking for leaders who possess strong instincts, have a track record of success, and are comfortable creating solutions that resolve complexity and ambiguity. This position can be based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago or New York, Dallas or Miami.
