Why This Role Is Valuable

The role is responsible for promoting and protecting Blackstone Real Estate’s reputation as a leading player in the Real Estate sector. The successful candidate will work closely with Revantage stakeholders and Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies. The role will be responsible for developing, leading and executing the overall communications strategy across Revantage.


We seek a strategic leader and creative thinker with a track record of supporting complex organizations in all aspects of communication. The successful candidate is a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across several organizations, including Revantage, Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies.

How You Add Value

  • Develop and execute communications strategies and plans that support business objectives
  • Provide communications support and materials for Revantage and Blackstone’s Real Estate Portfolio Companies, including messaging and talking points, Q&As, briefings, employee communications, social and digital content, and other written materials
  • Build communications to support global and regional board meetings, townhalls, company updates, and deep dive topics, and update and maintain global and regional websites and intranet
  • Copywrite and distribute corporate communications across departments for Revantage and portfolio companies
  • Provide creative project management support for internal and external communications campaigns
  • Provide visual storytelling
  • Manage a large volume of communication initiatives simultaneously, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Copywriting, compiling information from various levels of the organization for a variety of internal and external facing campaigns

As Needed Responsibilities:

  • Provide Creative Project Management for communications campaigns
  • Provide communications support for the following: Branding & Graphics and Creative Project Management

What You Bring To The Role


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, PR, and/or branding
  • The ability to build an effective network of relationships with key external decision makers as a means of influencing and enhancing organizational reputation
  • Experience developing successful communications strategies which are effectively deployed across multiple audiences
  • Strong ability to understand, clearly synthesize, and integrate complex issues in presentations, messaging documents and other communication(s) with key senior-level internal and external audiences
  • Relationship driven, with an ability to work autonomously, whilst maintaining a coordinated approach with the Blackstone communications team
  • Experience in creative project management with a passion for branding, creative writing, problem solving and determination to succeed. Proven experience in managing traditional and social media relations
  • Personal credibility in front of senior internal and external audiences
  • Experience with Digital Branding and Web design
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, email distribution platforms (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp, Twilio, Poppulo, etc.) and content management systems (e.g., Sharepoint, Prismic, Drupal, Jumla)
