WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE

The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in supporting the CHRO and Head of Portfolio Company Communications.  The Executive Assistant will act as an ambassador for their executives and a liaison to ensure their days run smoothly.  This role also works with People & Culture and Valuations Directors to support general administrative needs.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.

 

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage complex calendars with limited consultation, resolve conflicts, negotiate and manage the needs of individuals requesting time with the executives
  • Manage communication, coordination, organization and general engagement processes with multiple third-party vendors on a monthly basis
  • Schedule and coordinate department meetings and events, attend leadership meetings
  • Serve as liaison to internal and external constituencies, keep executives informed of issues, commitments and responsibilities, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Book domestic and international travel
  • Prepare time and expense reports and process invoices
  • Complete People & Culture directors’ expense reports and monthly time tracking as needed
  • Resolve routine inquiries
  • Prepare general communications, reports and presentations
  • Work independently or with a team on routine and special department programs and projects
  • Support risk and tax teams with special projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience in professional services or corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Experience supporting multiple individuals
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
  • Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite

 

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working with C-suite executives
