The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Campus Lead is a critical component of our talent strategy, helping leaders enhance our organization.  This is a hybrid role that will have responsibility for entry level campus recruitment, summer intern and rotational analyst program management and full-service recruiting for experienced hire positions.  This role will source, screen, analyze and negotiate offers for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Campus Lead will manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, propose data-driven strategies, attract diverse talent pools and collaborate with leaders on a holistic recruitment strategy.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.

 

How You Add Value

Entry Level Talent (Campus, Interns, Rotational Analysts)

  • Own and manage the implementation and enhancement of campus recruiting strategy and processes, including marketing, events, career fairs, interviews and intern/rotational analyst programs
  • Deliver best-in-class relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, internal stakeholders, campus career services and student organizations
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop accurate hiring forecasts and
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top campus talent
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to develop and lead recommendations for process improvement

Experienced Hire Talent

  • Own full life cycle recruiting processes for multiple roles to include sourcing, screening, evaluating, salary recommendations, offer extension and offer letter generation for primarily for junior and senior management-level roles
  • Understand portfolio company and Revantage business strategy; translate business strategy into an actionable talent strategy to effectively meet hiring needs
  • Deliver best-in-class relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, all internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Maintain functional and industry expertise and utilize data to develop customized talent strategies and source top passive talent
  • Ensure regular and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates on recruitment status
  • Direct coordinator(s) to schedule interviews, initiate background check and onboarding
  • Oversee retained and contingent search firms and temporary sourcing recruiters  
  • Maintain accurate and current requisition information in applicant tracking system
  • Advise hiring managers and interviewers on talent attraction strategy and selection decision
  • Provide support for department initiatives and projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to align recruitment strategy with people initiatives
  • Ensure adherence with all federal, state and local regulations governing recruitment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years overall recruiting experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience sourcing campus level talent, managing campus and hiring manager relationships and overseeing intern programs
  • Minimum 1 years full-cycle recruiting agency, professional services or corporate environment (must include managing hiring manager relationship, sourcing talent, phone screening and negotiating offers)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (majority of travel during cyclical campus recruitment season)
  • Program management experience overseeing summer intern or other entry level talent program
  • Experience successfully recruiting passive talent in a manner that builds company brand and expands network
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Must enjoy working in an energized, collaborative and fun work environment

Preferred:

  • Real Estate, Private Equity or related industry experience
  • Experience recruiting technology professionals
  • Professional in HR (PHR), ASA Certified Professional, AIRS etc
