Why This Role Is Valuable  

The AVP, Operations role will directly oversee all aspects of the People Operations team supporting over 1,400 employees nationwide. Responsible for managing and driving People Operations, including HR technology, process efficiency, people analytics, payroll, and benefit administration.

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR operations experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role, identifying and building high-performing teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including team members, management, external parties
  • Experience maintaining and implementing HR-related software
  • Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Self-motivated with the ability to excel and be flexible in fast-paced, ever changing environments
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, wage & hour, and labor laws

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working in shared service environment or with outsourced service providers
