Why This Role Is Valuable

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Sourcer is a critical component of our talent strategy, helping leaders enhance our organization.  This role is responsible for executing all activities for the recruiting cycle on assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, analyzing and negotiating offers for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage. The Talent Acquisition Recruite & Sourcer will manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, propose data-driven strategies, attract diverse talent pools and collaborate with leaders on a holistic recruitment strategy.  Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Sourcer will provide passive sourcing assistance to Talent Acquisition Team members on additional roles, sourcing and screening talent and providing regular updates to recruiters.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.



How You Add Value

  • Own full life cycle recruiting processes for multiple roles to include sourcing, screening, evaluating, salary recommendations, offer extension and offer letter generation for primarily for entry-level to junior management-level roles
  • Provide passive sourcing assistance to Talent Acquisition Team members on additional roles.
  • Understand portfolio company and Revantage business strategy; translate business strategy into an actionable talent strategy to effectively meet hiring needs
  • Deliver best-in-class relationship management with hiring managers, candidates, all internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Maintain functional and industry expertise and utilize data to develop customized talent strategies and source top passive talent
  • Ensure regular and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates on recruitment status
  • Direct coordinator(s) to schedule interviews, initiate background check and onboarding
  • Oversee retained and contingent search firms and temporary sourcing recruiters  
  • Maintain accurate and current requisition information in applicant tracking system
  • Advise hiring managers and interviewers on talent attraction strategy and selection decision
  • Provide support for department initiatives and projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to align recruitment strategy with people initiatives
  • Ensure adherence with all federal, state and local regulations governing recruitment.




  • Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting or agency, professional services or corporate environment (must include managing hiring manager relationship, sourcing talent, phone screening and negotiating offers)
  • Experience successfully recruiting passive talent in a manner that builds company brand and expands network
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Must enjoy working in an energized, collaborative and fun work environment


  • Real Estate, Private Equity or related industry experience
  • Experience recruiting technology professionals
  • Professional in HR (PHR), ASA Certified Professional, AIRS etc
