The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in supporting the Sr. VP & Deputy Counsel and SVP & Chief Risk Officer.  The Executive Assistant will act as an ambassador for their executives and a liaison to ensure their days run smoothly.  This role also works with other SVP and VP members of the Legal and Risk teams to support general administrative needs.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.






  • Manage complex calendars for 4 senior executives on the Legal team with limited consultation, resolve conflicts, negotiate and manage the needs of individuals requesting time with the executives
  • Manage communication, coordination, organization and general engagement processes with multiple third-party vendors on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate and schedule department meetings and events, attend leadership meetings
  • Serve as liaison to internal and external constituencies, keep executives informed of issues, commitments, and responsibilities, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Book domestic and international travel
  • Prepare time and expense reports and process invoices
  • Complete Legal & Risk SVP and VPs’ expense reports and monthly time tracking as needed
  • Resolve routine inquiries
  • Prepare general communications, PPT slides/reports and presentations
  • Work independently or with a team on routine and special department programs and projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Support SVP and two VPs with general administrative needs
  • Aggregate monthly reports from cross functional legal teams into one monthly report for Legal
  • Schedule and host transactional meetings
  • Assist with PPT presentations
  • Draft thank you notes
  • Coordinate Transactional Summit event and other periodic events
  • Environmental and Engineering metric data tracking and reporting
  • Data entry into Dealpath
  • Provide administrative support for drafting and proof reading policy manuals, orientation materials, presentations, etc.


  • Support SVP and VP with general administrative needs.
  • Send insurance invoices to Portfolio Companies
  • Coordinate with brokers and send Portfolio Companies and Acquired Companies new and renewal certificates of insurance and other required insurance paperwork
  • Assist with collecting due diligence documentation for acquisitions and supporting Team in supplying brokers with documentation needed for insurance quotes





  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience in professional services or corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Experience supporting multiple individuals
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
  • Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite, including excel
  • Proficiency in Word and Power Point
  • Able to learn or familiarity with Risk Management systems such as Origami 


  • Experience working with C-suite executives
