The Temporary People & Culture Coordinator will report to the AVP, People Operations and will be responsible for supporting specific needs of the Operations team and People and Culture Business Partners across companies. This shared role is a full-time, temporary role on our payroll, with no end date at this time. This is a great entry level role for someone looking to gain experience in human resources.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.




P&C Business Partner Support

  • Support P&C business partners, across companies, with high-volume recruitment
  • Assist with drafting, editing and quality checking job descriptions
  • Create new requisition in applicant tracking system, iCIMs
  • Assist with special projects as needed


P&C Operations Support

  • Audit monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and submit for payment
  • Manage monthly service and performance award distribution and coordinate associated special bonuses with payroll
  • Upload employee data to employee perks system
  • Digitally file employees documents into electronic file system; assist with preparation of physical employee files for mass upload to electronic file system



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner able to grasp concepts quickly and apply learned concepts to future work
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment


  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Corporate or professional services work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
