Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Associate Vice President of Social & Digital Communications drives the digital content strategy for Revantage and contributes to overall communications efforts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.  This role can be located in either our New York or Chicago offices.

How You Add Value

  • Manage and develop content for all Revantage social media channels
  • Lead digital audit and strategic planning to optimize platforms and support business goals
  • Build and maintain digital editorial calendar, working closely with Communications team to coordinate efforts
  • Monitor and analyze engagement on social channels, and advise/execute response strategy; support crisis management plans
  • Provide support and content strategy for external website
  • Generate data analytics reports on performance of posts, overall growth, and other key metrics
  • Serve as advisor to leadership, the Communications team, and portfolio companies as needed, sharing best practices and relevant news/information

What You Bring To The Role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years corporate social media experience
  • Digital savvy, with working knowledge of all major social platforms
  • Proven ability to build digital audiences across multiple platforms
  • Experience with Social Listening platforms and other social media measurement criteria
  • Experience managing executive social media profiles
  • Proven ability to build social engagement among company employees
  • Experience with corporate website maintenance, content
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, writing and editing capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently  
  • Creative with a strategic, results-oriented approach


  • Graphic design experience
  • B2B social media experience
