Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Senior EUC Engineer performs level 3 support, research, policy development, software packaging, configuration management, imaging, patch management and new technologies for the End-User Computing environment.  Will develop, execute, and monitor operations across the Company. This position will assist the EUC Manager in leading and provide hands-on services to perform these objectives.

How You Add Value

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of End User Compute (EUC) environment within a Service Management framework and in line with the agreed standards and Service Levels
  • Responsible for managing the resolution of major incidents and any escalated issues for the EUC environment
  • Responsible for contributing to the delivery of technical enablement across the EUC environment
  • Serve as the technical authority for EUC environment
  • Responsible for partnering with the security team to enable, execute and operate the security, resilience and monitoring of the EUC environment
  • Represent the EUC environment in Change Advisory Board meetings, review and planning meetings and architectural review
  • Responsible for fostering a practice of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Client team
  • Assist with software & data testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and application updates
  • Collaborate with internal and/or external resources, provide technical expertise for the UEC environment
  • Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, workload modeling and predictive analyses to identify and resolve potential issues (e.g., performance, security breaches)

What You Bring To The Role


  • Strong experience with MS Endpoint Manager, Intune, M365, Windows OS, package development, Group Policy, and MS Graph. Experience managing mobile endpoints, such as Android and iOS with MS Endpoint Manager
  • Application deployment
  • Application protection policies
  • Provisioning Profiles
  • Conditional Access Policies
  • Patching and Updates
  • Experience in imaging technologies and Autopilot deployment
  • Experience with MS Endpoint Security
  • Experienced in asset management tools and techniques
  • Experience in monitoring operations and providing metrics
  • Will have a wide variety of expertise on PC application software
  • Excellent writing skills to develop and maintain policies and procedures, creation of technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams
  • Highly developed analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete project tasks within required deadlines
  • Drive and resourcefulness in making contributions both inside and outside areas of specifically assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups when given time for preparation; targeting presentations to characteristics or needs of the audience, presenting complex/technical information in a form that non-technical people can understand.
  • General understanding of business processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in diverse situations with all levels of management, vendors, customers (internal), and peers
