Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Associate, People Technology position is an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) Operations team and serves as the subject matter expert for HR systems. This role will be responsible for the management of people related systems and promotes a continuous improvement approach by leveraging technology to enhance processes to create efficiencies. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and management of workforce data and analytics.

How You Add Value

  • Management of people related systems; cultivates proactive approach using multiple systems to solve business needs/problems, enhances the understanding and acceptance of system capabilities by directing, researching, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Oversees the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements, including maintenance of system, system audits and effective security access to employee data, continuity of operations and safeguards data integrity
  • Develop innovative process solutions leveraging technology to improve, streamline, and automate processes to create efficient HR data and workflow management that is scalable to meet the needs of a growing and changing business
  • Oversee data population in various systems, partnering with IT and third-party vendors to maintain file feeds
  • Provide training and technical support to appropriate end users
  • Partner with IT and third-party vendors, research and resolve system related problems
  • Ensure systems are regularly updated and compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Build and manage compliance program, data governance and internal controls aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Support and build relationships with the P&C business partners to gather feedback on ways to improve processes leveraging technology and automation
  • Serve as a key liaison with third parties and HR COEs (e.g., payroll, talent acquisition)
  • Lead and participate in various complex projects, as needed

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate and compile workforce data reports and metrics, including downloading, validating, and formatting prior to distribution
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data by performing regular audits on HR data
  • Audit data to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all analytics



What You Bring To The Role


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related experience
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in an HR technology related position
  • Experience administering and implementing HRIS systems, compliance, and data reporting platforms
  • Proficient knowledge in database management and role-based security; ability to build/run queries
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills that model clear, analytical thinking and sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be timely and responsive to the needs of the department and organization
  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data, as well as improve processes
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, formula writing, pivot tables, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to develop presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations, catering to the specific audience
  • Ability to collaborate both internally and externally to provide customer service oriented technical support, and to train system end users
