The Senior Associate Vice President of Corporate Communications will serve as Content Director responsible for multi-channel content strategy and execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Revantage Communications team, providing leadership on all communications matters and serving as a key advisor to the senior leadership team and key stakeholders.  



  • Lead and execute communications strategies that support business objectives and enhance reputation, internally and externally.
  • Develop multi-channel content strategy and oversee creative production of video, photography and branding/marketing materials, strengthening the Revantage brand
  • Serve as editor-in-chief, reviewing and developing communication materials, including messaging and Q&As, employee communications, leadership messages, digital content, companywide invitations and other materials, in partnership with the Communications team.
  • Collaborate across the organizations to communicate key business milestones, including but not limited to new hires and ESG initiatives. Lead a regular cadence of outreach and education to key external stakeholders on issues of strategic importance.
  • Manage agency partner relationships and build strong networks with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Support promotion of company events and executive speaking engagements; review/draft and approve briefing materials.
  • Manage crisis communications; establish a process to rapidly act as needed and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership teams regarding reputational threats and opportunities. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years communications experience
  • Strategic leader and creative thinker with a track record of supporting complex organizations in all aspects of communication.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across several organizations.
  • The ability to build an effective network of relationships with key external decision makers as a means of influencing and enhancing organizational reputation.
  • Project Management experience with proven ability to develop successful communications strategies which are effectively deployed across multiple audiences.
  • Excellent writer with strong ability to understand, clearly synthesize, and integrate complex issues in presentations, messaging documents and other communication(s) with key senior-level internal and external audiences.
  • Branding, Graphic Design experience
  • Personal credibility in front of senior internal and external audiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • In-house and Agency experience 
  • Experience in the residential Real Estate industry a plus
