WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The Paralegal, Transactional (Capital Markets) will assist real estate capital markets attorneys in connection with capital markets transactions and other real estate matters. This role will work with the legal teams at Revantage and Blackstone as well as with members of the various Blackstone portfolio companies (based out of multiple states). In addition, the role will interact and work closely with the following departments: capital markets/treasury, due diligence, environmental/engineering, risk services, financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting, income tax and property tax, as well as with regional and local portfolio company personnel responsible for individual properties and projects. This position can be based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
