Why This Role Is Valuable 

The Temporary Analyst, People Operations role will report to our Team Lead, People Operations and will be responsible for supporting specific needs of the People and Culture Operations team. This is a full-time, entry level role that is great for someone looking to gain experience in human resources. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.


  • Audit monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and submit for payment
  • Manage monthly service and performance award distribution and coordinate associated special bonuses with payroll
  • Upload employee data to employee perks system
  • Digitally file employees’ documents into electronic file system; assist with preparation of physical employee files for mass upload to electronic file system



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner able to grasp concepts quickly and apply learned concepts to future work
  • Superb listening and communication skills
  • Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment


  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Corporate or professional services work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
