The Head of Office Services will provide strategic leadership for Revantage North America regional offices by overseeing facilities operations, space planning, new locations and capital projects. The Head of Office Services will report to the COO and will work closely with the Revantage senior leadership team and People & Culture on growth and workforce planning that impacts our North America facilities.  Responsible for the Revantage North America office operations and facilities management which currently include Chicago, Dallas, and New York locations. 




  • Lead office services and facilities management for Revantage North America locations which currently include Chicago, Dallas, and New York with continued growth expected in other locations
  • Organize, develop, and direct office services teams including quality assurance, service levels as well as talent management and development
  • Ensure office services team delivers best-in-class services: mail center, facilities maintenance, office equipment servicing and purchases, moves, office furniture maintenance and repair and security protocols
  • Anticipates future space needs through critical consideration of Revantage North America growth strategy
  • Support planning and execution of new offices and construction projects
  • Ensure the Office services team has documented standard operating procedures, both wholistic and specific to each regional office
  • Oversee and provide emergency evacuation documents and staff changes on team list; arranges with the office of the building for two emergency exit drills per year
  • Advise on the corporate ergonomics standards, collaborate with internal SME to maintain industry best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships to discuss status and review new products/services; continually evaluates for cost-effectiveness and efficiency of existing services/products; determines ways to maximize services/products and minimize costs
  • Responsible for department budget, establish review process for invoices and payments
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 12 years in space/facilities management and/or facilities operations
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in facilities management discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing large facility organizations, or experience in managing a large professional service organization
  • The ability to understand and recognize evolving organizational contexts and work effectively in an environment of constant change
  • Ability to balance approved strategic commitments in the delivery of sometimes challenging tactical objectives
  • Ability to effect change through influence and collaboration
