The Sr. AVP, Casualty Claims Lead role is within Revantage’s Risk group with a specific focus on complex liability claims and analysis within the master general liability program. The role is focused on large and/or complex liability claims, including the review and escalation of claims information from multiple stakeholders including Revantage, Blackstone, our insurance carriers, and Blackstone’s portfolio companies. The role has exposure to both the insurance and real estate sectors. The primary deliverables will be oversight of complex liability claims, including working with outside counsel to determine settlement strategy, as well as the creation and management of claims-related information and decision-making outputs for review by senior executives at Revantage, our brokers, and Blackstone. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, high energy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many diverse stakeholders.
