Why This Role Is Valuable
The Sr. AVP, Property role is part of Revantage’s North America Risk Management Claims Team with a specific focus on large property claim preparation and analysis within Gryphon Mutual, Blackstone Real Estate’s captive insurance company. The role is focused on large property claims, including the preparation of claims information from multiple stakeholders including Revantage, Blackstone, Gryphon, and Blackstone’s portfolio companies. The role has exposure to both the insurance and real estate sectors. Sr. AVP, Property coaches and develops a team responsible for the management, investigation, and resolution of claims, ensuring a high-quality work product, while continuously developing talent by assisting with the selection of top talent. The Sr. AVP, Property sets the tone for the team to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
