Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Associate, Corporate Events Specialist will be responsible for leading the planning, design, logistics, and execution of company events. They will support and enhance events that are already part of the company agenda and ways of working. They will also design and execute new events that will contribute to a company culture of inclusion, collaboration, and fun. They will partner with internal company organizations and leaders to create programming that advances the company’s objectives including DEI, CSR, and employee rewards and recognition.

How You Add Value

• Lead company events from start to finish, including:
  • Meeting objectives and design (understand the purpose of the event and design to meet needs)
  • Calendaring and scheduling (coordinating company and executive availability, sending out invites, and manage attendees)
  • Logistics (Rooms, vendues, locations, and seating; Catering or food service)
  • Vendor and/or Location management (select, negotiate, and ensure compliance with internal policies and expectations)
  • Materials and Swag (printed materials, agendas, and swag)
  • Execution (set up in advance, attend and provide support if needed, complete teardown, and any post-event follow-ups)
• Responsible for the following company events but not limited to:
  • Townhalls (global and regional)
  • Offsites (global and regional)
  • Revantage Companywide meetings
  • Cross Company Events
  • Holiday Party
  • Volunteer events
  • Employee Social Events (celebrate accomplishments, mark occasions, create comradery)
  • Employee Engagement Events (DEI, CSG, etc.)

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

• Work with Corporate Services leader to coordinate all aspects of planning, promoting, and organizing events
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conference services, event planning, hospitality or hotel
• Must be self-motivated and work independently to own our events strategy from beginning to end
• Excellent relationship building and comfortable taking ownership of projects with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience planning and executing large-scale and high visibility events
• Must have excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to independently own and manage events from start to finish, while working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
