Why this role is Valuable
The Sr. Associate, ESG & Inclusion Communications is responsible for promoting and protecting Blackstone Real Estate’s reputation as a leading player in the Real Estate sector. The successful candidate will work closely with Revantage stakeholders, as well as Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies. The Sr. Associate, ESG & Inclusion Communications is a skilled writer and communicator, who works on day-to-day sustainability/ESG and Inclusion storytelling and communications. The individual will work on inclusion, diversity and equity comms and find ways to weave themes from ESG/Inclusion into broader company messaging. Their work will influence a wide range of internal and external audiences as they’re responsible for driving ESG strategy and governance, ensuring we keep abreast of rapidly evolving ESG expectations, disclosures, and regulations, as well as how Inclusion and social impact connects us to the community.
We seek a strategic leader and creative thinker with a track record of supporting complex organizations in all aspects of communication. The successful candidate is a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across several organizations, including Revantage, Blackstone and its real estate portfolio companies. This role will have a dotted-line reporting structure to the VP, Inclusion Diversity and Equity (ID&E) Business Partner.
