The AVP, Global Learning Programs, will help identify global learning needs and expand current programs for delivery across Revantage global (currently North America, Europe and Asia),. This role oversees program needs analysis, design, delivery and effectiveness. Our AVP, Global Learning Programs will develop and maintain a set of processes and approach to global learning delivery. This position is based out of one of the Revantage North America offices: New York, NY, Chicago, IL, or Dallas, TX.


  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and a customer centric mindset
  • Actively partner with regional HRBPs to align on common priorities, leverage work, and provide leading-edge development solutions
  • Identify opportunities for rolling out learning and development programs with global relevance. Navigate content adaptation and delivery challenges associated with global delivery.
  • May own and optimize operations for select current and future programs, including demand analysis, resources, faculty strategy, delivery management, communications, evaluation, reporting, and vendor relationships Partner with regional Learning & Development Coordinators to implement global learning programs
  • Rapidly evaluate and research training options and alternatives designed to meet the needs of the modern learner. Adept with a variety of multimedia learning platforms and delivery methods
  • Oversee the analysis of learner feedback and other data to promote continuous improvement of development solutions, consistently moving development to the next level
  • Independently execute and monitor work-plans and manage against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, and when to escalate
  • Identify, construct, and implement process improvements to promote operational effectiveness by leveraging offshoring, automation, and centralization
  • Organize training content and materials and determine optimal layout, troubleshoot eLearning access and completion issues, and measure and report training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with portfolio companies to share best practices and stay informed on new learning technology advancements



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, learning and development design and delivery training coordination.
  • Experience in and passion for global programs, including navigating culture, language, and time differences.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture 
  • Established track record for taking a consultative approach to delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs
  • Significant program management experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends.
  • Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact, understanding what is relevant vs. what is “noise” to the audience. Strong creative writing skills.
  • Comfort in a continually evolving, fast paced, and ambiguous environment requiring flexibility, innovation, and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Proficiency in a second language
