The Analyst, People Technology position is an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) Operations team and serves as the subject matter expert for HR systems. This role will be responsible for the assisting with people related systems and promoting a continuous improvement approach by leveraging technology to enhance processes to create efficiencies. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day operations and workforce data and analytics.


  • Assist with the administration of people related systems; identifies solutions or alternate methods to solve issues and meet requirements.
  • Assist with the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements, including maintenance of system, system audits and effective security access to employee data, and safeguards data integrity.
  • Assist with the implementation of innovative process solutions leveraging technology to improve, streamline, and automate processes to create efficient HR data and workflow management that is scalable to meet the needs of a growing and changing business
  • Execute data population in various systems, partnering with IT and third-party vendors to maintain file feeds
  • Provide training and technical support to appropriate end users
  • Partner with IT and third-party vendors, research and resolve system related problems
  • Assist with the management of the compliance program, data governance and internal controls aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Serve as a liaison with third parties and HR COEs (e.g., payroll, talent acquisition).
  • Participate in various projects, as needed

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate and compile workforce data reports and metrics, including downloading, validating, and formatting prior to distribution
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data by performing regular audits on HR data
  • Audit data to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all analytics




  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in an HR related position
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills that model clear, analytical thinking and sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be timely and responsive to the needs of the department and organization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate both internally and externally to provide customer service oriented technical support, and to train system end users
