Why This Role Is Valuable 

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the logistics of programs for the Blackstone real estate portfolio companies we support. This position will support programs that will allow us to attract and retain junior talent within the real estate ecosystem, increase brand awareness, develop a robust pipeline of talent, differentiate ourselves from competitors and increase skills and capabilities.. The ideal candidate gets fired up every day about making a difference, is a flexible multi-tasker, can remain highly organized, is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, as well as a professional and friendly communicator. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

  • Delivery of logistics of programs, ensuring all events are successful. Program logistics include scheduling, communications, technology, participant lists/attendance, pre-work activities, program materials & program evaluations
  • Assist with program communications and maintain calendar of upcoming events
  • Generate analytics of participant data
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and respond with accurate information
  • Collaborate with program owners, faculty and vendors to schedule all program-related calls
  • Assist with the delivery of program components during live sessions (in-person and virtual)

WHAT YOU bRING TO THIS ROLE

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization
  • Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with a natural curiosity to seek out innovative and creative solutions
  • Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Top-tier organizational and time management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with learning management systems and program registration systems
  • Experience with logistics for blended learning programs (live, virtual, technology enabled)
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
