Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Receptionist plays an integral role in the daily operations of Revantage by presenting a professional first impression to all employees, visitors and callers.  The person in this role is able to think fast, solve problems and ensure that visitors feel welcomed and cared for upon first interaction.   The Receptionist will also perform general office services duties as required.   

How You Add Value

  • Answer all incoming calls for the company, take messages and reroute misdirected calls to the appropriate parties
  • Greet and accurately process all visitors warmly and professionally with a pleasant demeanor 
  • Approve conference room requests, organize catering setup/take down
  • Register guests in visitor processing software
  • Enable key cards for access to Corporate office
  • Oversee ordering of office and first aid supplies, for home office
  • Assist with large mailings,projects and general clerical support
  • Code and approve all invoices for Office Services
  • Assist with creating and updating excel files
  • Set up AV equipment in conference rooms
  • Act as backup support for in-house meeting coordination
  • Ensure all office supply orders are placed weekly and properly organized
  • Create calendar invites notifying team of all large events being held in the office
  • Assist Office Manager with new hire process
  • Liaison with Property Management for submission and completion of work orders, ad hoc requests

What You Bring To The Role


  • High school education
  • Minimum of 1 year receptionist, administrative, customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees
  • Thorough knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling required to ensure all documentation is prepared in an accurate and professional manner
  • Ability to identify and utilize resources required to complete daily tasks
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures with intermediate skills utilizing computer software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database management (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet)
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and utilize good judgment to plan, prioritize and organize workload
