Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in supporting the Chief Innovation Officer(CIO) and Chief of Staff(CoS). The Executive Assistant will act as an ambassador for their executives and a liaison to ensure their days run smoothly. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.

How You Add Value

  • Serve as liaison to internal and external constituencies, keep executive informed of issues, commitments and responsibilities, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Manage complex calendar with limited consultation, resolve conflicts, negotiate and manage the needs of individuals requesting time with the executives
  • Manage communication, coordination, organization, and general engagement processes with Revantage and other stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepare time and expense reports and process invoices
  • Complete expense reports and monthly time tracking as needed
  • Book domestic and international travel
  • Schedule and coordinate department meetings and events, attend meetings as required to capture meeting notes
  • Prepare general communications, PPT slides/reports and presentations
  • Work independently or with a team on routine and special department programs and projects
  • Prepare correspondence that may be confidential in nature
  • Resolve routine inquiries
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of executive assistant experience in professional services or corporate environment
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with ability to also work independently on projects from conception to completion
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt based on new initiatives or requests
  • Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite, including excel
  • Proficiency in Word and Power Point

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working with C-suite executives
