Why This Role Is Valuable  

The Associate, People Operations position is an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and management of P&C data and analytics.  This role will process employee transactions and assist with reporting, auditing, and presenting of people analytics


How You Add Value

  • Data entry of new hires, promotions, compensation changes, supervisor changes, transfers, and terminations. Ensure all employee data changes are entered timely and accurately and appropriate internal departments are notified as necessary
  • Execute new hire onboarding process, including coordination of new hire set up, facilitating Orientation, and administering new hire onboarding surveys
  • Execute termination process, including managing exit communications, processing terminations, and initiating system access removal
  • including Employee Handbook maintenance, via third-party systems
  • Process employee status changes and corresponding memos accurately
  • Resolve employee questions promptly and accurately through case management system (Neocase) and P&C phone line, escalating inquiries as needed
  • Support and build relationships with the P&C business partners.
  • Assist with various programs including the performance appraisal process, talent management and engagement
  • Administer service awards, recognition programs, educational assistance program, compliance training programs and related compliance documents,
  • Generate and disseminate reporting on talent management data and talent acquisition performance data as needed
  • Compile reports, including downloading, validating, and formatting prior to distribution
  • Review exit and onboarding survey results and compile analysis for SLAs and report to P&C Business Partners on trends
  • Audit data to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all analytics

What You Bring To The Role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR-related position
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Collaborative open approach to work and team members


  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in data analytics
