WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE

The Learning & Development Summer Intern will support the development and delivery of the full portfolio of learning programs offered to employees within Revantage and the Portfolio Companies. Projects may include content research (leadership development trends, skills needed for hybrid work, best practices in career development, etc.), material development, and program delivery support, such as registration and participant communications. 

This position can be based out of Revantage’s Dallas, TX location.

Our 2024 summer internship program will begin June 2024 and last through August 2024. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

 

Required:

  • Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution (graduating 2025)
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in Chicago or Dallas in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2024
