WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE

The role is focused on the synthesis and review of information from multiple stakeholders including Revantage, Aon, Blackstone, Gryphon, and Blackstone’s portfolio companies. The role has exposure to both the insurance and real estate sectors. The primary deliverables will be the creation and management of key reporting and decision-making outputs for review by senior executives at Revantage, Aon, and Blackstone. The role will have a high degree of exposure to strategic meetings and decision making.  This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

  • Perform special projects including investment analysis and market comparable analysis of insurance programs
  • Create communications reports for key stakeholders opining on insurance market performance and Revantage insurance program performance
  • Aggregate real-time catastrophe data for reporting of major events to Revantage and Blackstone senior leadership
  • Support monthly reporting and annual insurance program renewals for renewal of $200mm+ property insurance program

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field required
  • Minimum 3-5 years insurance, consulting, accounting, or professional services experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate sectors, as well as knowledge of private equity and commercial insurance
  • First-class interpersonal skills, including relationship building and maintenance
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), numerical, presentation & organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential

Preferred:

  • Professional designation (e.g. CPCU, ARM or MBA)
