Revantage is a Blackstone Company that provides a highly skilled employee base, best-in-class processes, and state-of-the-art technology to multiple Blackstone real estate portfolio companies.

The Quantitative Engineering & Development (QED) team is a fully remote team within Revantage that builds brand-new, cutting-edge technology tools and models for the management, analysis, and valuation of Blackstone’s real estate investments.

Our team within Revantage values intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn, build, and grow. We are looking for smart, dedicated people who want to help support Blackstone’s rapidly growing real estate debt and equity investment businesses.

We believe that work culture is defined as things a company rewards and the things it dissuades. Our team rewards people who pick the best solutions to problems, no matter how novel or challenging they may be to implement. And we dissuade those who would rather cut corners or kick the can down the road in their approach.

The Quantitative Developer will help with the implementation of efficiency-improving solutions for the assessment of residential real estate equity and debt investments.
